Microwave fudge

I've long since forgotten where I found this recipe, when I clipped the recipe I didn't save any info about the date or publication.

MICROWAVE FUDGE
Microwave 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips and a 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, 5 minutes. Stir vigorously, then add 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread in an 8 inch square pan lined with buttered parchment paper. Refrigerate, then cut into squares.

This would be a great recipe for anyone who is new to candy making, fairly foolproof, although the result is a bit soft. Variations would be pretty easy:
Use dulce de leche instead of sweetened condensed milk
Add a small amount of spice, like cinnamon or cayenne or whatever sounds good
Use white chocolate instead of semisweet.

Two notes of caution. Depending on the brand, bags of chocolate chips in the US vary from 10-12 ounces. This may affect the end result. Also, standard cans of sweetened condensed milk i found were 12.5 ounces, not 14. This didn't seem to be a problem.

Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Another one that was on my Pinterest for a long time
Recipe )
Changes: I didn't have swiss cheese, so I used shredded mixed pizza cheese. I also used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken.

Verdict: Very good, warm and comforting, if you like dishes with stuffing then you will probably like this. A nice and easy, set and forget, slowcooker recipe.
