Peanut truffles
Tried out a recipe for peanut truffles yesterday, Jordnötstryffel med mörk och ljus choklad. It's in Swedish which I don't think many of you can read so with the help of Google Translate I made ( this rough translation... )
Changes/notations: Made it according to the recipe but when I make it again I will use a slightly wider tin (17-18 cm) and maybe use a little less garnish. Or at least make sure all the nuts are properly stuck in the chocolate.
Verdict: Loved it! The mix of dark & light chocolate prevents it from being either too bitter or too sweet and the salt from the peanuts add the perfect zing.
