This recipe was in last November's Bon Appetit magazine and sounded like an interesting and different way to make broccoli.

Prepared exactly as instructed it was fine and looked pretty much like the picture on the web page above. But I wasn't totally sold on the anchovies. If i try it again I'll probably try using fish sauce or Worcestershire (a fermented anchovy sauce) instead.

In 2020 I bought Ottolenghi's Flavour. Within a very short time I had a forest of sticky notes out the top. The one I made tonight is also online: Tomato and plum salad with nori and sesame.
