Skillet Lemon Artichoke Chicken

I've committed to the 6-9 recipes in a year level of challenge & I've started January with a Skillet Lemon Artichoke Chicken recipe I tore out of a Kroger employee magazine my husband receives. This recipe was probably only 6 months old, but since I had 90% of the ingredients in my house already it felt like a great place to start! (I also found it online while I was creating this post!)

I really enjoyed that it used up the jar of marinated artichokes I bought awhile ago because they looked yummy, but then couldn’t figure out how to use!

I'll need to buy in artichokes and, I guess, if we don't like it we may end up stuck with marinated artichokes. Hopefully I will be able to get the right quantity for the recipe.
