This is more assembling that cooking, but I've never made this before so I'm thinking it should count.
Ingredients
Street Taco Shells
Chicken
Shredded Cheese
Rice
Salt
Street Taco Sauce
I used steamer bag Basmati rice. I use it pretty much for everything until I learn to cook rice from scratch, which is one of my plans for this year. I think it would have been better with homemade yellow rice that I think would go better.
I used a store bought Rotisserie, but you could use any cooked chicken of your choice.
Warm the tortilla shells either in a skillet or wrapped in damp paper towels and put in the microwave. Layer cooked rice on the tortilla shells, cover with cooked chicken, salt to taste, drizzle with Street Taco Sauce and top with shredded cheese.
I chose to buy regular Street Taco Sauce and I found it to be a little bland. When I make them again, I will add some hot sauce.
