Fish and Porcini Pie

I've tried out yet another Nigella Lawson recipe, Fish and Porcini Pie from How To Eat. It's not online so I've ( scanned it for you... )
Changes: I used a little less cod and a bit more salmon and smoked haddock is impossible to get hold of in Sweden so I used smoked mackerel instead. And I used glutenfree flour.
Verdict: Both my mum and I thought it was very tasty so even though it was a bit complicated to make I'll probably do it again. Maybe putting in a layer of spinach leaves before adding the fish for a bit of added texture and colour.
