Instant Pot Risotto

I decided to try out this method for making risotto because it's suddenly too hot to stand over a pan stirring for half an hour:
Easy Risotto in the Instant Pot from The Kitchn.
( ingredients and directions )
I made it basically according to the directions but I did have some C8 errors while sautéing the shallots/toasting the rice, which I ended up managing by putting the sauté setting on low instead of on high, and adding the wine in more quickly than the recipe suggests. Additionally, when I added the wine, I also added some garlic salt and Italian seasoning. The instructions don't mention when to use the second tablespoon of butter, but it gets stirred in with the cheese.
This is easy to make and very cheesy, but given the hassles of dealing with the C8 error, I might go back to the stove top method in the future.
