Spaghetti Bolognese

For Easter Sunday I went with a pasta dish as that is always comfort food for me. I tried out this recipe for Spaghetti Bolognese. I used chicken broth instead of white wine.

It turned out really good and it was easy to make. I also ended up with a lot of leftovers that I"ve frozen.

This one is definitely a keeper for me.

It sounds good, though I'd have to leave out the pancetta. And 8 cloves of garlic? Delightfully vampire proof!
