cookbook_challengeI have a lot of maple syrup in my freezer and have been looking to try making pancakes for the first time. I tried How to Make Pancakes for One
I found the recipe easy to follow and didn't make any substitutions. The mix was thick even after I tried adding milk to it. The pancakes came out a bit too thick and okay tasting. As this was my first attempt at pancake making I'm going to try the recipe again.
